本課程設計的目的，提供學生海外醫療機構的參訪與見習的實務經驗，使學生直接深入了解澳門在多元文化衝擊下所發展的醫療體系結構、 護理人力規劃、健康照顧現況、最新研究發展方向及各種族之健康問題等。增進學生對不同國家之健康醫療體系照護的瞭解， 並拓展學生國際健康照護之視野，提升專業技能與外語溝通能力。課程中並提供機會讓學生直接與當地醫療機構之健康專業人員及研究人員等進行交流 、觀摩、學習與互動，也充分準備本國照護議題進行口頭報告與雙向實務討論與分享。
This course is designed to provide students with practical experience in visiting and apprenticeships in overseas medical institutions, so students can have a direct understanding of the medical system, nursing manpower planning, health care status, latest research and development directions, and health problems of various ethnic groups in Macao under the multicultural impact. We hope this course helps to enhance students' understanding of the health and medical systems of different countries, expand students' horizons of international health care, and enhance professional skills and foreign language communication skills. The course also provides opportunities for students to communicate, observe, learn and interact directly with health professionals and researchers from local medical institutions, and fully prepare for oral presentations and two-way practical discussions and sharing of care issues in their home countries.
