Notes 1&2: The fee covers the medical exam items on Table 1, including the Measles and Rubella Antibody blood test fee.
Note 3: The fee covers the medical exam items on Table 1, with the Measles and Rubella Vaccines administered. The hospital will issue the Measles and Rubella Vaccination Certificates.
Note 4: With a Rubella Vaccination certificate, the Measles and Rubella Antibody testing fee is deducted.
Note 5: If you do not have the certificate for Measles and Rubella Vaccination Certificates with the blood test showing negative antibody, you should be vaccine accordingly and acquire the Measles and Rubella vaccination certificate from the hospital. The price of vaccines is based on the annual report of the hospital.
